I help service businesses get more customers, and keep them.

The tools are cheap now, and you can buy any of them in an afternoon. Booking, reminders, reviews, email, AI.

Putting them together so they actually bring you work is the part nobody does for you. That is my whole job.

Five minutes. No email until the end.

Your problem probably isn’t your website

A website is the front door. It matters, and it is the smallest part of the job.

What decides whether you get the work is everything around it. Whether someone can find you at 9pm. Whether they trust what they see. Whether anyone follows up when they don’t call back.

Most of that is not on your website at all.

Here is the whole thing, on one page

Every service business runs on the same handful of parts. Getting found, earning trust, getting chosen, and keeping the customers you already have.

This is what it looks like when you can see all of it at once.

An example business, not yours. Green is working, red is not, and the blue strip on the left of each block shows how much it matters to that business.

You don’t need half of this

There are seventeen blocks in that picture. Almost nobody needs all of them.

The job is finding the two or three that would actually change your month, and building those.

If something already works, it works. I am not going to replace a system because it looks old.

Most businesses don’t have ten problems. A few parts of how customers find them are switched off, and a few more are worth making stronger.

Five minutes shows you which.

I build it first. Then you decide.

You see the finished thing before you pay anything.

If you want it live, you pay a build fee. If you want it kept working, you pay monthly.

Where we can measure, the monthly fee stops until I can show the lift. We agree what we are measuring before I start, using your own numbers.

I wrote down everything I know about this

Nearly sixty plain-language guides covering every block in the picture. How a business gets found, trusted, chosen, paid and referred.

They are free and they ask nothing of you. Read them and do it yourself if you like.

I am Shei Goldberg

Everything I sell runs on my own business first. The guides, the assessments, the follow-up. You are looking at it.
