Pricing

I build first. You see the finished site before you pay anything.

Then you pay a build fee to take it live, and a monthly fee to keep it working and growing.

Every price is published. Every block is optional. Where we can measure, the monthly fee is on the line for the result. The full process is on the engagement page.

Every engagement starts here

The baseplate: website, copy and measurement

$2,500 oncethen$250/mo

Built before you pay anything. The finished site is the proposal. The build fee is due only on delivery, and only if you want it.

  • A custom built site that is fast, works on a phone and is built to convert
  • Your copy, written for your positioning, not placeholder text with your logo on it
  • The credibility details built in: real faces, named people, signals a reader can verify
  • Domain, hosting and email in your name, on your card, from day one
  • Easy for Google and AI to read, with a complete Google profile
  • Measurement: a baseline from your numbers, one agreed metric, honest reports

The add-on blocks, chosen by the assessment

This is the same picture the rest of the site draws, with the price on each brick. The free assessment shades your own version of it and shows which blocks are weak. You buy the red ones.

The scarce skill is not any single tool. Everyone has the same blocks. It is knowing what to connect, in what order, and keeping the result running as one system.

Get Found

A great site nobody sees is a billboard in a jungle.

Earn Trust

They found you. Now they are deciding whether to believe you.

Get Chosen

A visitor with a job to be done, and the small mechanical steps most practices leak at.

Keep & Grow

The profit is in the second sale, and in the money stage nobody systematises.

Hover over any block, or tap it on a phone, to see what it does. The two bands are the baseplate, which every engagement starts with.

The bundle ladder: one build, one relationship, shared cost

Blocks bought together share delivery cost, so the one time fees step down. The monthly fees never do. They buy the ongoing work, and that does not shrink because you bought more of it.

Typical engagements land between $4,700 and $5,200 to build, and $700 to $750 a month.

I want that to be an investment with a return, not a bill you pay. I am not interested in taking your money and giving you nothing back for it. So the only number that matters to me is how much more the system brings in than it costs you.

For most businesses here, that means breaking even on a handful of new clients a year. Everything after those is the return.

The fee stops if the lift does not show

Every engagement is signed on a Work Agreement. On a new site, where you have 12 months or more of your own records to baseline against, it carries the fee stop: one metric, agreed in writing. I report at three months. At six, if the agreed lift is not shown, my monthly fee stops until it is, and the work carries on while it is paused. Without that history there is no lift term. Same build, same prices. Said plainly rather than promised falsely.

You own everything that matters

Domain, hosting and email in your name, on your card, from day one. Your content and your customer data are exportable always. The code stays on my platform, which is why it is fast and affordable. If you leave, everything exportable is yours within 14 days. One page covers it all: the service agreement.

Recommendation integrity: I recommend and integrate third party tools, such as your CRM and your booking tool, that you pay for directly. Some pay me a referral fee. The recommendation is always the one I would make with no referral at all. I use these tools myself, and where a free option fits you better I will name it. Any referral relationship is disclosed plainly.

Questions people ask

Do I really pay nothing until it is built?

Yes. I build first. You see the finished site before any money changes hands. If you want it live, you pay the build fee. If you do not, we shake hands and you have lost nothing.

What does the monthly fee pay for?

The ongoing work that brings customers in. That means the content, the upkeep that keeps you visible, and the follow up. It also pays for the measurement that tells us both whether it is working. It is not a hosting and support fee.

When does the monthly fee stop?

Where we can measure, we agree one number before I start. At three months you get a full report. At six months, if the agreed lift is not there, my monthly fee stops until it is. I keep working the whole time.

What if my business does not have a year of records?

You get the same build and the same prices, without the lift promise. I will still measure what matters to your business. And I will give you an honest picture of how it is working.

Do I have to buy every block?

No. Every engagement starts with the baseplate. After that you add only the blocks your business actually needs. The free assessment shows which ones.

Is it cheaper to buy blocks together?

Yes. Blocks built together share the work, so the build fees step down. Two blocks take 10% off, three take 15%, four take 20%, and five or more take 25%. The monthly fees are never discounted.

Who owns the website?

Your domain, hosting and email are in your name and on your card from day one. Your content and your customer data are yours too. The code is the one thing you do not own. Your site runs on the platform every client shares, which is why it stays fast and affordable.

What happens if I stop paying?

The site goes dark. That is all. Your domain, your email and your data are untouched, because they were always in your name. Restarting the subscription brings the site back.

What if I want to leave?

Everything that can be exported is handed over within 14 days. That includes your content, images, customer data and measurement records. There is no exit fee. There is no notice period beyond the current month.

Are there any other costs?

You pay for some tools directly, like your CRM. Free tiers cover most small businesses. Some tools pay me a referral fee. I only recommend what I would recommend without one, and I tell you when there is one.
